Our LOL crew runs Thursdays and Fridays. Bigger yards mean we need the time to do edges and trim right, not just blow through with a 54-inch deck. Most LOL yards land at $129 or $169 monthly because of the square footage, but anyone with a true small lot still gets the $89 rate.
We also handle a lot of the back-acreage stuff that smaller crews skip. If you've got a chain-link fence with overgrown grass, a back lot of palms that need under-trim, or a tree-lined driveway with leaf drop every fall, we've got the gear and the time.
