These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website americanedgelawncare.com, your communications with American Edge Lawn Care LLC ("American Edge Lawn Care," "we," "us," or "our"), and any lawn care services we provide to you. By using our website, submitting a quote request, opting in to text messages, or hiring us for service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. WHO WE ARE

American Edge Lawn Care LLC is a Florida limited liability company providing residential lawn care services in New Port Richey, Florida and throughout Pasco County. 2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTION

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit a quote request, opt in to text messages, or enter into any service agreement with American Edge Lawn Care LLC. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Our website and services are intended for adult residential property owners or authorized adult occupants. We do not knowingly collect personal information, contact details, or SMS opt-in consent from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through this site or opt in to our text messaging program. A parent or legal guardian must submit any request on your household's behalf.

3. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that violates federal, state, or local law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to extract data from the site without our written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the site

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. SERVICES WE PROVIDE

American Edge Lawn Care provides lawn care services that may include mowing, edging, line-trimming, blowing, hedge trimming, yard cleanup, storm debris removal, and related services. Specific services, pricing, and frequency are agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer for any lawful reason.

Service Estimates and Quotes

Online instant quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed in person after we evaluate the property. If the actual yard conditions significantly differ from what you described, we will contact you before performing the work to confirm any pricing adjustment.

Service Schedule

We schedule visits on a recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time basis as agreed. Weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances may require us to adjust the schedule. We will notify you by text or phone before any schedule change.

Property Access

By booking service, you authorize American Edge Lawn Care and its crew to enter your property to perform the agreed services. You are responsible for unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing personal property (toys, hoses, decorations, etc.) from the lawn before each visit. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

$19 First Cut Promotion

The $19 first cut promotion is for new residential customers only, one per household, on properties under 10,000 square feet within our standard service area. Pricing for the second visit and beyond is at the standard rate for your yard size. The promotion may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo.

Payment Timing

Payment is due upon completion of each service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. Recurring customers may be set up on automatic billing.

Late Payments

Invoices unpaid more than 15 days past the service date may incur a late fee of $15 or 1.5% per month, whichever is greater. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be paused or sent to collections. You agree to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees.

Returned Payments

Returned checks or failed electronic payments are subject to a $35 fee plus any fees charged by our payment processor.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS

No Long-Term Contracts

We do not require long-term contracts. Recurring service can be paused, rescheduled, or cancelled at any time by texting or calling us at (727) 758-4411.

Cancellation Notice

To avoid being charged for a scheduled visit, please cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Same-day cancellations may be billed at the full service rate to cover crew time and route loss.

Refunds

Completed services are generally non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge. Refund decisions are at our sole discretion.

7. SATISFACTION COMMITMENT

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed service, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no extra cost. This is the limit of our warranty obligation and the sole remedy for service quality concerns.

8. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

American Edge Lawn Care LLC carries general liability insurance and is bonded. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request.

Property Damage

While we take great care, accidental damage occasionally happens. Report any property damage caused by our crew within 48 hours of the service date so we can document and address the claim. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to items left on the lawn (toys, decorations, hoses, sprinkler heads above grade, pet items, etc.)
• Pre-existing damage to property
• Damage caused by hidden or unmarked irrigation lines, invisible fences, low-voltage wiring, or buried obstacles not visible at ground level
• Damage caused by acts of nature, including weather events
• Damage to fencing, gates, or structures in poor or deteriorated condition

Sprinkler Heads and Irrigation

You are responsible for marking the location of any sprinkler heads, valve boxes, or shallow irrigation components before our first visit. We are not liable for damage to unmarked irrigation components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Edge Lawn Care LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on americanedgelawncare.com, including text, images, logos, graphics, video, and design, is the property of American Edge Lawn Care LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the site without our prior written permission.

The American Edge Lawn Care name, logo, and any associated marks are trademarks of American Edge Lawn Care LLC.

11. CUSTOMER PHOTOS AND TESTIMONIALS

We may take before-and-after photos of completed work for our own portfolio, marketing materials, and social media. By booking service, you grant us permission to photograph the exterior of your property (lawn and landscaping only, no identifying details such as house numbers or license plates) and use those images in our marketing. If you do not want us to use photos of your property, notify us in writing before your first service.

12. DISCLAIMERS

Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. We do not guarantee specific aesthetic results, growth outcomes, pest elimination, or that our services will meet your subjective preferences. Lawn care is affected by weather, soil, irrigation, sunlight, pests, and many factors beyond our control.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless American Edge Lawn Care LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website or services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us in writing at the address below and giving us 30 days to respond.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and American Edge Lawn Care LLC regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
