Jasmine Estates is the kind of neighborhood that built New Port Richey. Block after block of ranch homes from the 70s and 80s, big mature oaks lining the streets, and the kind of folks who wave from the porch when we drive by. We've been on this route for years and we love it up here.
Most Jasmine Estates yards are small-to-medium with regular Florida turf and a few decorative beds. Pricing usually lands at $89 monthly for the smaller corner lots and $129 for the bigger interior lots. The mature oaks are the wildcard. They drop heavy in winter, so we recommend pairing weekly mow with the fall seasonal cleanup so leaves don't smother your turf.
